Julia is an award winning author of
children's books. She has a Master's
Degree in elementary school
counseling. Julia joined up with Child
Watch while she was writing the book
"SCOOP".This book is an excellent tool
to help parents, teachers, counselors,
and caregivers equip children with
safety skills to prevent child abduction.
Written in a friendly, non-threatening
manner, SCOOP takes a refreshingly
empathetic approach to the topic of
personal safety from a child's point of
view. The book includes safety tips from
Child Watch and a note to parents from
Founder Don Wood.
Julia has done over 400 school
presentations with SCOOP in the last 4
years in 26 states across the country.
Her presentation lasts about an hour
and includes a reading of many of her
other educational books for children. To

Card Event Oakland, FL Featured Missing Child Case by Child Watch Investigator Gloria Nyberg Missing Child - Marcus Antonio Farina Date of Birth - June 14, 1991 Missing Since - December 6, 1991 Circumstances: Marcus' photo is shown age-progressed to 11 years and the abductor's photo has been age progressed to 42 years. Marcus was allegedly abducted by his father, Sergio Farina. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on October 27, 1993. They may be in South America.
